On March 23, 2015, the Altamar Board of Directors approved the contract for the appointment of a new landscaping maintenance contractor- Serpico Landscaping.
Serpico was selected among the 3 companies that had submitted landscaping maintenance proposals- Loral, Medallion, and Serpico.
Serpico will begin servicing the Altamar complex on May 1, 2015. Link to their website follows:
